Are these products authentic?

Yes! All of our products are 100% authentic returned products. Our merchandise is sourced directly from Amazon, Target, etc. distribution centers.

What is the point of these boxes?

Our boxes are designed to provide individuals and businesses easy access to the liquidation industry. Traditionally, return merchandise is sold by the pallet. This makes it very difficult for the average person to get involved due to high shipping costs, large upfront investment, and not to mention RISK! Our boxes solve all of these issues as they are shipped directly to your door, inexpensive, and come with a value guarantee. Whether you're looking to resell products or get some great merchandise for little money, our boxes are perfect for you!

What is your value guarantee?

Our value guarantee is the minimum order value assigned to each box. For example, a $100 general mix box will have at least $200 worth of returned merchandise (please see our product descriptions for their respective values). The value of an item is based on its original MSRP price, and every product is scanned before going into a box. Rest assured that you will receive the value assigned to your box as promised. Alternatively, return pallets generally do not have a guaranteed value assigned to them. We provide a guaranteed minimum value to our boxes as a way to minimize risk to our customers, and maximize satisfaction with your order. Please note, the original MSRP value may not reflect the current value of the item. In addition, our value guarantee does not indicate how much profit you will make per box (please see our FAQ on 'How much money can I make on a box?'). What types of products will I receive?

Return items may be from a variety of categories including (but not limited to) electronics, housewares, clothing, toys, beauty products, etc. Returned products by nature are not limited to any one single catagory, and therefore can essentially be anything (this is part of the fun!). Merchandise included in our boxes is not guaranteed to be from or limited to any individual category of products.

How much money can I make on a box?

As stated previously, all of our boxes come with a value guarantee (please see the FAQ on our value guarantee). Therefore, each box will have an intrinsic minimum potential for profit. Although every box will vary in value, you can be sure you will receive at least the minimum guaranteed value of merchandise. Aside from the value of products included in your box, how you decide to sell the items will be a major factor in your profit margin. There are many different ways to resell merchandise from online marketplaces to local trade shows. Each method of resale will come with its own associated costs, so make sure to do your research and be creative! Ultimately, what you make and profit on each box is entirely up to you.

What are the odds I will recieve a luxury / rare item?

While we strive to provide clean, premium products in all of our boxes, the odds that you will receive a luxury item such as a phone or laptop are low. While it is possible to receive a luxury product in our boxes, we ask that you do not purchase from us with the expectation of receiving such an item. Here at Blue Bird Liquidation, we promote and maintain high morals. Therefore, we like to be completely transparent in saying luxury items are hard to come across. This why we offer a value guarantee in all of our boxes. So even if you don’t receive a rare product, your box will still have plenty of room for you to profit. Please beware and skeptical of other companies that make unrealistic claims and promise rare items in every box, as this is highly unlikely. We hold our customers in the highest regard, and will always do our best to provide you with the best products possible!

Where is my order?

All of our orders are shipped lightning-fast and come with a confirmation email including tracking information. There, you can check the current status of your order!

Are you legitimate?

Yes! All of our inventory is 100% authentic Amazon, Target, Walmart, etc. returned merchandise.

Are your products tested before shipping?

No, the products in our boxes are not tested before shipping. Most products will be in working condition but some may need to be repaired, cleaned, or otherwise fixed in order to resell. This is normal and will always be the case with returned merchandise! We do make sure to include a variety of products in every box so that the buyer will still have plenty of room for profit regardless (please see our value guarantee!).

Do you accept returns?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns of any kind (all sales are final). We offer plenty of details about our boxes so our customers have a clear idea of what they will receive. If there is a genuine error with your order, we may make an exception as we will always be receptive and understanding of our customers. In the instance we do accept a return, all orders are subject to a restocking fee and return shipping costs. Please note we will not refund your order simply because you did not receive the item(s) that you would have preferred. Is this a scam?

Believe it or not, this is not a scam (crazy, right?). We always have and always will continue to sell products that we are proud of and would purchase ourselves! We strive daily to best serve our customers in any way possible; and have nothing to gain by providing poor merchendise.

Is this a get-rich-quick scheme?

Absolutely not. Any legitimate business will take time and investment to realize its full potential. While our boxes most definitely can and will put you on track to starting a successful business, it will not happen overnight! If starting a business is your goal, we encourage all of our buyers to be patient. With dedication, consistency, and creativity, the sky is the limit!

Why has my tracking not updated?

Once your package has been shipped, tracking information is typically updated within 24 hours for most shipments. However, there are times when packages are not immediately scanned at the post office or along their route, which may cause a delay in tracking updates. Therefore, a package could still be in transit even if tracking has not been updated.

We recommend checking the tracking link for the most recent updates. If your tracking still hasn’t updated after a few days, feel free to reach out to our customer service team for further assistance. We’re here to help ensure your order gets to you as quickly as possible!

What condition will the items be in?

The majority of items that we include in our orders are new in box or open box! However, products may sometimes be used. This is to be expected due to the nature of returned merchandise. As previously stated, some items may need to be repaired, cleaned, or otherwise fixed in order to resell. Typically, each item is in its original or replacement packaging. To avoid compromising the packaging, we do not unbox any of our products. Therefore, please note that we do not guarantee the condition of any one/all products included in our boxes. What is covered under shipping insurance?

Shipping insurance for orders placed through Blue Bird Liquidation covers items that are lost in the mail or damaged in transit. If your package is lost or arrives in a damaged condition, please contact us to file a claim.

Please note the following important details:

• Shipping insurance is nonrefundable for all orders.

• Theft is not covered under shipping insurance.

• If an order is marked as delivered via the tracking number, it will not be refunded or replaced under shipping insurance.

We recommend ensuring someone is available to receive your delivery or having it shipped to a secure location to prevent theft. If you have additional questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to our support team.

Do you have a disclaimer?

Yes! Please be advised that Blue Bird Liquidation LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, or adjust any and all specifications related to its products, including but not limited to dimensions, materials, design, and manufacturing processes, at any time and for any reason. These changes may occur without prior notice to customers. Customers are encouraged to review product specifications and website content regularly to stay informed of any updates. By continuing to use or purchase Blue Bird Liquidation LLC's products, you acknowledge and agree to this disclaimer and accept responsibility for staying informed about product changes.

Why did I only receive one box?

For orders with multiple quantities of the same box, we will usually combine them into one box to simplify shipping! Rest assured, your order still contains the same amount of products and value that it would have otherwise. If we did combine your orders into one box, there should be a note indicating that we did so. If you would prefer your order be shipped in separate boxes, kindly let us know ahead of time and we will accommodate!

Can I cancel my order?

All sales through Blue Bird Liquidation are final, and we reserve the right to refuse cancellation on any order. However, some orders may be canceled and refunded at our discretion if they have not yet been shipped or processed.

Each cancellation request is handled on a case-by-case basis. Please note the following:

• Orders that are approved for cancellation are subject to a restocking fee.

• Shipping insurance is nonrefundable, even for canceled orders.

If you need to request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. For further assistance, feel free to reach out to our support team.

What if my order is stolen?

Once your order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Blue Bird Liquidation is not liable for stolen or missing packages. Our shipping insurance only covers packages lost or damaged in transit and does not extend to theft after delivery (shipping insurance is non-refundable). We recommend checking with neighbors or your building's management if the package cannot be found. If you believe your package was stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. To help prevent theft, please consider shipping your order to a secure location or being present to receive the package once delivered!
